Agreement

By accessing or using the ENDORA website (endora.store) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and constitute the entire agreement between you and ENDORA B.V. regarding your use of the site and any purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and will notify you of material changes by posting a revised version on this page.

Use of Site

You may use the ENDORA website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with its normal operation.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time and without notice if we believe you are in breach of these terms or if your use is harmful to ENDORA or to other users. Any unauthorised use of the site may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Products & Orders

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the ENDORA website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our returns policy.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing error. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an email order confirmation from us.

Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and WERO. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. ENDORA does not store your full card details; they are handled entirely by our payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate. If your payment is declined, we will not process your order. In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any payment taken.

Shipping & Returns

We ship to over 34 countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. ENDORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our reasonable control.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ENDORA website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, product names, and software — is the property of ENDORA B.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

The ENDORA name and logo are registered trademarks. Use of our trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner likely to cause confusion, is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENDORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
